Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 2026 • Governing Law: State of Florida, United States • Effective Immediately

Corporate Entity Identification: The Clinic Security platform, web application, accessibility audits, digital forensic analysis, and hosting services are provided exclusively by Internet Security Consultants — A Division of Call Center Options, LLC (a Florida Limited Liability Company), a Florida limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing our services, using our diagnostic scanning engines, or interacting with our staging portals, you (“Client”, “Practice”, or “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services & Scope of Technical Migration

Clinic Security delivers automated technical web migration, security scanning, and hosting services designed to remediate legacy clinic websites according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and statutory standards referenced under HHS Section 504 and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Our services include conducting technical code audits, structuring semantic HTML Document Object Models (DOM), correcting color contrast ratios, providing alt-attribute tagging, ensuring keyboard-only navigability, generating staging subdomains ({clinic}.clinic-security.com), and providing secure cloud hosting.

⚖️ 2. Independent Forensic Technical Contractor & Express "No Legal Advice" Disclaimer

MANDATORY NOTICE: Internet Security Consultants — A Division of Call Center Options, LLC (a Florida Limited Liability Company) is an independent technical software engineering, digital forensic, and cybersecurity consulting firm. We are not a law firm, nor do our staff, engineers, diagnostic scans, or documentation constitute licensed legal advice or legal representation.

While our platform implements technical standards required under WCAG 2.1 AA and HHS Section 504 regulations—providing empirical evidentiary documentation that supports affirmative legal defenses including the Mootness Doctrine under 11th Circuit jurisprudence (Gil v. Winn-Dixie Stores, Haynes v. Dunkin' Donuts)—all legal decisions, answers to complaints, procedural motions, and settlement negotiations must be conducted exclusively by the Client's retained licensed legal counsel. Complete legal compliance also depends on your practice’s internal operational policies, patient communications, physical accommodations, and ongoing staff training.

3. Technical Evidentiary Scope & Judicial Discretion

Technical audits, diagnostic scoring, and WCAG conformance certifications provided by Company represent point-in-time forensic evaluations of digital assets utilizing industry-standard testing engines (including Axe-Core, Lighthouse, and manual assistive technology inspection). Technical remediation is performed to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards based on automated axe-core and DOM inspection, and does not constitute a legal warranty or guarantee of immunity from third-party litigation.

Company does not warrant, represent, or guarantee that any technical audit, staging deployment, or code refactoring will immunize Client from receiving third-party demand letters, eliminate active lawsuits, or guarantee a specific judicial ruling. Determinations of standing, mootness, and statutory fee-shifting under Title III of the ADA or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act remain within the sole constitutional and statutory authority of presiding federal and state courts.

4. Strict Limitation of Liability & Exclusion of Damages

PLEASE REVIEW THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT SUBSTANTIALLY LIMITS OUR FINANCIAL LIABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERNET SECURITY CONSULTANTS, A DIVISION OF CALL CENTER OPTIONS, LLC (A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY), ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, TECHNICAL CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, REGULATORY CIVIL MONEY PENALTIES (CMPs), STATUTORY ATTORNEY FEE SHIFTS, SETTLEMENT COSTS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • Third-party demand letters, federal civil rights complaints, or administrative enforcement actions alleging ADA, Section 504, or HIPAA violations;
  • Modifications, theme changes, or unverified plugins introduced to your website after technical certification;
  • External third-party iframe embeds, Electronic Health Record (EHR) patient portals, telehealth widgets, or payment gateways outside our direct server control;

5. Third-Party Integrations & Client-Supplied Assets

Company's technical code remediation warranties apply strictly to source code and assets directly authored, hosted, or refactored by Company. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Third-party embeds (such as embedded EHR portals, third-party telehealth iframes, Google Maps, online bill-pay processors, and marketing chat widgets) are controlled by their respective independent vendors and remain outside Company's source code remediation scope;
  • Client is solely responsible for verifying that its third-party healthcare SaaS vendors provide accessible interfaces;
  • Client warrants that it owns or possesses all required legal permissions, trademark rights, and copyright licenses for all clinical text, logos, photographs, provider biographies, and medical disclosures submitted for migration.

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Internet Security Consultants — A Division of Call Center Options, LLC (a Florida Limited Liability Company) against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and legal expenses arising from migrated assets or third-party iframe integrations.
